One-on-one supports
- Can include life skills, behaviour management, hygiene supports, community participation, employment counselling, organization skills, building relationships, leisure, exercise.
- Can include cooking, cleaning, hygiene support, companion supports.
- Can include drives to medical appointments, errands or drives to other programming (ie: Special Olympics and day programming). This can also include being present with individuals at meetings or medical appointments to provide extra clarification if things are being discussed but not fully understood.
- Can include help navigating the Accessibility supports program including support with the intake and assessment interviews. Collaborative discussions around what community supports are available and help to secure appropriate support workers based on needs.
